Annabelle grew up in Surrey and moved to France with her family after leaving school. She began formal voice training at the Conservatory of Music in Rouen while studying for a degree in music at the University of Haute-Normandie. After completing her degree, she returned to the UK to train at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Annabelle's professional experience extends from West End musicals through to opera, oratorio and concert work. She has performed at the Royal Opera House (Porgy and Bess), the English National Opera (Mahagonny), the Royal National Theatre (Caroline or Change), at the Royal Albert Hall in the oratorio (I Am), the Old Vic Theatre (Carmen Jones), the Cambridge Theatre (Jerry Springer the Opera), the Adelphi Theatre (Sweeney Todd) and has toured the UK extensively. Abroad, invitations to perform have taken Annabelle to Italy, Holland, France and the Caribbean singing with eminent conductors such as William Christie and Ivor Bolton.
